Never a dull moment when the Joliet Fire Dept are in camp. Woody Widlowski made it back to camp, just not in a boat.  I looked down the creek and seen some bald guys grasping to the side of the boat with the other two guys laughing in the boat.  Don't ask, long story.  The guys are actually catching fish.  Nice fish fry already and everyone having fun, were missing Munson and Rosie this year though.  the guys are catching walleye pretty much wherever they go, and muskys are beening seen and a few beening caught.  Over all the fishing report is good.  The fall bite seems to be very close.  We fished the big lake yesterday with the guys from the NW club and did pretty darn good, many fish over 20 inches, we actually ran into a school of SM bass that were 2 to 4 lbs.  The guys are not moving too quick this morning as spirits are high in the evenings around hear.  Moose hunting is right around the corner i'll be giving reports on that soon if any one is interested.
